You authorize the connection on Meta
The connection goes through the official WhatsApp Business API. Your number and your WhatsApp Business account stay yours, in your own Meta business portfolio.

Messages arrive in your CRM
Meta delivers messages to the CRM running on your server. Connection credentials are stored encrypted.

Meta bills you directly
WhatsApp per-message charges go to your Meta account, with no middleman.

You can revoke access at any time
From your Meta business portfolio settings. Once you do, the CRM stops sending and receiving messages for that number.
